Only minor punch-list items are being addressed at this time. OBSERVATIONS Owner has moved some office equipment in completed office areas and is setting up his office lay-out. Final security systems are being installed in office. All architectural finishes have been completed. Iron workers have finished the facade work. Should be last field report, will complete certificate of "Substantial completion" form next week. Brass entrance is completed, looks good. Sprinkler contractor has completed work and has pulled off job. Wood flooring is being installed in office foyer, should be complete by Monday. All contractor's working on "Punch-list" items. Site grading is being completed. Concrete patio is being completed this date. Final site grading is being done by Dietz. Wood doors, frames and hardware is going in office area. OBSERVATIONS HVAC contractor has replaced all filters in all RTU's. Owner started moving in equipment in plant area. Most of owner's equipment need to be wired by electrical contractor. This additional work is delaying electrical works in office. Owner is aware of this, should not create any problems. All office glazing has been completed and office casework is being installed. Painter hopes to stain casework over the week-end. As Having some difficulty in having drywall contractor man the job. This contractor's work leaves a lot to be desired. HVAC contractor waiting for delivery of controls for RTU's. Security man is installing systems in the office area.
