RE: Early Morning Trash Dumpster Activity/25 Graves Street, Northampton, MA.
Dear Mr. McCarthy:
I am writing to you regarding early morning hours of dumpster activity at Hariston House. This
has been an ongoing issue for some time now, with operations taking place prior to the
allowed time of 7 A.M.
Please notify the hauler that services 25 Graves Avenue, that early morning operations in this
area are not allowed. Should this continue, I will have no choice but to start issuing fines for
each occurrence in violation to 7:00 AM.
