Minute Maid / Coca Cola has inquired about rental of the rear half of the lot, as indicated on the attached sketch. They are interested in active storage of 15-20 trailers. Their customers would pick up loads and drop off empty units. Their entrance & exit would be by the access road on Lot 178, which I also own, that empties onto Industrial Drive. I have been quite specific in not wanting them to access through our yard off Bradford St. Amherst Woodworking presently uses the lot for employee parking, storage, and an exit path for trucks. That use would continue. I have indicated no new signage, although I would anticipate their wanting some signage for directions & security. We are also having discussions relative to security & possible electronic monitoring. I assume those items would be handled through separate permit applications, as required, once they know what they want. I will be out of the office Wednesday.
