1) The sign lights shall be tunred off no later than one hour after the close of business.
FINDINGS:
The Zoning Board granted the special permit request for the more than a 1'projection from the wall based upon the plans and application
materials submitted with the application:
1.Signs are located only where they are otherwise permitted in the district;and
2. The architecture of the building,the location of the building or the land or nature of the use being made of the building or land is such
that additional signs or signs of a larger size would not detract from the character of the neighborhood and should be permitted in the
public interest. The main use in the building is the Athletic Club which has front wall signage along King Street facades. This secondary
use has a side door access from Carlon Drive set further back from the King Street visibility. The greater projection from the wall would
allow greater visibility from King Street.
(3) The exact sign permitted,the size and location of the sign or signs,are noted in the plan as follows:
Projections would be 6'3"from the face of the wall and integrated into the canopy hanging over the private sidewalk. The diameter of the
sign face is 42".
