services for the Yale House renovation,located at 88 Round Hill Road in Northampton_
Our services will include:
• Review of current plans for compliance with 780 CMR—Massachusetts State Building
Code.
s Revision of plans as required to comply with code.
• Coordination with structural engineer as needed.
+ Site visits and reports as required for Construction Control(3 visits anticipated).
I expect to submit the Construction Control Docurrmerrt along with the revised plans,as soon as we
have completed them.
