The plaintiff maintains that the Zoning Board of Appeals' decision exceeds the authority of the Board by not setting forth clearly the reason or reasons for its decision in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 15. 6. The plaintiff requests the Court to annul the decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals and require the Board to produce clear reasons for its decision and to maintain plaintiff's rights to appeal the results. 7.
