The Board finds that such change, to construct a 1,000 square foot storage building, will not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing non- conforming use when said change, extension or alteration is to a conforming use, which requires the same or less minimum lot area, minimum lot width and frontage, minimum lot depth, setbacks and parking than is required for the present use (and lot does not fully conform to the present zoning requirements for the proposed use). The following conditions were imposed with this Finding: 1. As agreed to by the applicant, approximately 750 square feet of pavement shall be removed from the site in order to increase the amount of open space on this lot. The pavement shall be removed from the areas on either side of the new building, running the length of the new building (25') to the property line on each side.
