Dear Ms . McGrath :
This letter is to serve as your formal notice to remove any
structures which are unsafe , and may be a hazard to the public
under Chapter 143 , Section 6 through 9 , of the General Laws .
Therefore , all debris caused from the recent fire must
be removed and whatever you are going to leave there must be
made safe according to the Mass . State Building Codes .
The time period allowed for you to do this is ten ( 10 ) days upon
receipt of this letter . If there are any further questions pertaining
to this matter please feel free to contact me at 586-6950 ext . 240 .
