There will be no impact to streets in the Industrial Park and the driveway is maintained by the business. No impact on schools will occur as a result of this project. How will the proposed project mitigate any adverse impacts on the City's resources,as listed above?: Water usage will be kept to a minimum using low flow devices. Sewage flows will be minimal as water usage will be kept low. 8E.List the sections of the Zoning Ordinance that state what special regulations are required for the proposed project: Section 11.2 Projects requiring Site Plan Approval as Intermediate Projects How does the project meet the special requirements? The existing driveway connects to Industrial Drive East, which is a less traveled way in the Industrial Park. iii. What features have been incorporated into the design to allow for: a. access by emergency vehicles: Emergency vehicles will still be able to access the site via the driveway. b. the safe and convenient arrangement of parking and loading spaces: New parking is proposed along the existing private driveway in a convenient location to the building. c. provisions for persons with disabilities: Designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities exist and are proposed in locations that are closest to the building entrance. 8C.How will the proposed use promote a harmonious relationship of structures and open spaces to: i. the natural landscape: As much of the existing wetland area on site will be preserved in its natural condition. ii.
