1.1 4/23/97 - Marc reviewed handout regarding construction procedures and issues which included
the following items to be noted by the General and Sub-Contractors:
I. Contractor will issue list of sub-contractors. Contractor will provide updated list as new Sub-
Contractors are brought on.
2. Provide Schedule of Values: break down as much as possible.
3. AIA forms to be used:

Stored Materials on site

4. Requisition: pencil copy at least one week before final - fax to me or give to me at meeting
before final. Final req.Will be issued the last Wednesday of each month.
5. Construction Schedule (bar chart) - Submit at beginning of job and submit updated one if
schedule changes.
6. Shop drawings:
a. GC to thoroughly review before submitting to me; if GC rejects them,
return them to sub and have them resubmit before sending on to me.
b. Shop drawings must have GC's stamp of review and GC's comments.
Provide transmittals.
C. Make sure all appropriate trades have reviewed shop drawings and
coordinated with each other and GC.
d. Ductwork layouts are not required unless ventilation system is put back
into the Scope of Work.
e. Give all shop drawings to me - I'll distribute to engineers.
f. Give me at least 2 weeks to review.
2.4 4/30/97 - The Contractor will review their credits offerred for door prep. And plastic laminate.

covered with wallpaper. Don will be patching with plaster base, coating with bonding agent and
trowelling on a skim coat of quick set drywall compound. A finish plaster will not adhere to the
wall due to a chemical reaction with the wallpaper glue residues. Item closed.
