The land with the buildings thereon, situated on the Northerly side of
Coolidge Avenue, in said Northampton, and being Lot #7 on Plan entitled "Plan and
Profile of Proposed New Street from Bridge Street to Crosby Street, Northampton,
Mass.", dated April 1924, recorded with Hampshire County Registry of Deeds in
Plan Book 11, Pages 76 and 77, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly side of Coolidge Avenue at the
Southwesterly corner of the parcel herein described which point is the
Southeasterly corner of other land of William F. Russell et ux., it being Lot #6 on
said plan; thence running Northerly along said other land of William F. Russell et ux.
One Hundred (100) feet more or less to a point; thence running Easterly along land
now or formerly of F.W. Rodiman Sixty-six (66) feet moreor less to a point; thence
Southerly along the Westerly side of a Lot #8 on said plan One Hundred (100) feet
more or less to said Coolidge Avenue; thence Westerly along the Northerly side of
Coolidge Avenue Sixty-six (66) feet more or less to the place of beginning.
Being all the same premises described in deed of William F. Russell and
Katherine M. Russell to Emma M. Aldrich and Edna M. Aldrich dated April 21, 1953
and recorded in the Hampshire County Registry of Deeds in Book 1140, Page 215.
