The study assumes that both City wells are on line and the Turkey Hill tank is at its overflow elevation. The results show that any service located at an elevation of approximately 290 feet or lower will have adequate pressure for normal service during peak hour demand. Between elevation 290 feet and 330 feet, services will experience reduced pressures, especially during peak hour demand. Above elevation 330 feet, the system cannot provide adequate pressures. The first phase of the proposed water improvements will increase the system's grade line to an elevation of approximately 350 feet. We expect said improvements to be completed by the summer of 1993.
