Ref: Maple Ridge - Driveway Lot 10
Dear Ted:
During the construction of the above mentioned subdivision and
due to the impact of the steep driveways onto the sideslopes of the
roadway, it was decided to combine the two driveways for lots 10 &
11 into a single common driveway. Approximately 100 feet of said
driveway was constructed as part of the Maple Ridge roadway
improvements. Due to an oversight, your office and the Planning
Board were not notified of the change. However, since this
driveway conforms to other common driveways leading to lots for
which building permits have been issued, I feel that a building
permit for lot 10 should be granted.
