We hereby authorize you to draw on us at sight up to an aggregate amount
of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) U.S. Dollars for the account of William James
Christensen and Milton B. Howard.
Funds under this letter of credit are available to you against your sight
draft when accompanied by your notarized statement signed by the Chairman
of the Planning Board that the amount called for in the draft is due and
payable under an agreement between William James Christensen and Milton B.
Howard and the City of Northampton.
Drafts under and in ccopliance with the terms of the letter of credit, must
be drawn and negotiated not later than March 27, 1990.
Unless stated otherwise herein, this letter of credit is subject to the
Uniform Customs and Practices for the Documentary Credit I.C.C. Publication
No. 290 (1974 Revision) .
