Dear Sirs:
We are in receipt of your letter dated June 30, 1988. Please
be advised that should the owners of Lots 8 or 9 wish to occupy
their houses prior to the paving of the common driveway, a letter
of credit equal to the cost of paving said driveway would have to
be submitted and approved by the Department of Public Works.
