Dear Mr.Patillo:
This is to acknowledge that I am aware that the patio work and step we built on the back
of our new family room does not meet code because the risers ar"-different heights.
My understanding is that they must be-rebuilt so that they are equal and that in their
present condition they are a potential hazard.
I wish to inform you that we will mare this-correction within the next 30 days and will
inform you when the work is completed so that you can view it again.
As you are aware we performed this work ourselves and it was not part of our agreement
with Valley Dome Improvement. Had we been more experienced or knowledgeable of
the code we would have-btkild the steps correctly.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
