NOTE: This is the standard specification used to construct the Huntington Homes product. The specification
will change where the demand of design requires a departure from the standard. Reference should always be
made to prints developed for each particular project to ascertain the respective precise specification.
The specification includes labor in manufacturing the modular sections of units above the foundation sill plates.
For components not attached to modules in the factory, material and/or labor is to be specified at the time of
sale as to whether it is supplied loose by Huntington Homes or supplied by others (by the customer).
Labor and material for foundations, sill plates, hook-up of electrical, plumbing and heating, and field labor to in-
stall components shipped loose or to complete modules one to another are not supplied by Huntington Homes.
In order to advance product design technique or because of material nonavailability, Huntington Homes reserves
the right to change material and specification without notice.
For more complete detail regarding component rnodel numbers and colors, refer to the "Specification Adden-
dum — Colors & Models".
