Delete (2) 11 7/8 micro-lam at third floor framing of Chase House where 11 x 8 wood girder was found to exist. 4 . Add (2) 1 3/4 x 18 micro-lam to each side of existing 8x8 wood girder above dishwasher area at Chase House. Connect to 8x8 with (2) 3/4" diameter lag bolts at 2 '-0" on center. Connect to 8x8 at posts with (4) 3/4" diameter x 8" lag bolts at each side. The girder is to be continuous from bearing at kitchen wall over both pipe columns. Replace existing footings with new footings per previous addendum requirements. 5. Move (2) 2x12 at 1st floor framing at Chase House under porch. Frame to hanger at porch and post in wall to slab. 6. Provide new TS 4x4x 1/4 tube column at existing header at Chase Dining Room window in line with new column at connector and at door jamb.
