Secondary to a review of the plans submitted to me for review, I concur with the
issuance of a building permit subject to the following conditions:
• Smoke detectors located on the first and second floor need to be photoelectric
type do to their proximity to the kitchen and bathroom. (CMR 527 section
32.03)others need to be the ionization/photoelectric type.
