HARDSHIP: CONDITION OF APPROVAL: 1.Prior to the issuance of any Certificate of Occupancy,a copy of the maintenance plan or,if developed as a condominium,a copy of the Condominium Covenants must be submitted to the Office of Planning and Development that shows that the Condominium Association will be solely responsible for annual maintenance of the catch basins and leach basin.
