The undersigned, being a majority of the Planning Board of
the City of Northampton, Massachusetts , hereby certify
that the Covenant dated March 31, 1989 and recorded in
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds Book 3355 , Page 217 to
satisfy the work on the ground as to all of the lots shown
on a plan entitled "Definitive Subdivision Plan, Parsons
Woods , Northampton, Massachusetts , prepared for Parsons
Woods Development Corporation" dated August 4, 1988 ,
revised March 1 , 1989 , prepared by Heritage Surveys ,
College Highway, Southampton, Massachusetts, recorded with
said Registry of Deeds , Plan Book 160 , Page 92 , are hereby
released from the restrictions as to sale and building
specified thereon.
