Re: Proposed —The Oaks Subdivision
Secondary to reviewing the revised plans for the Proposed "Oaks"
subdivision, I have the following points of concern that should be addressed
prior to initiating construction. These concerns are listed below:
❑ A comprehensive determination that fire flow is adequate remains an
outstanding issue
❑ Fire hydrant must be located as outlined by National Fire Protection
Association Standards.
❑ Fire Lanes and access is a point that should be discussed with the
Building inspector and myself.
