To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to file a complaint against Judy Lyons, 51 Sylvester Road,
Northampton, MA 01060. In the backyard there is a chicken coop that house at least 4
chickens if not more. These chickens have a tendency to roam. Could you please look
into the City Ordinance as to what the rules & regulations are for the keeping of chickens.
