ZONING BOARD OF' APPEALL",
At its illeeting on Wednesday, August 23, 1978, the Zoning Board
of Appeals for thC4 Uity of Northampton voted to grant the PfAiti _ln
of Michael and Pamela Parsons for a variance to add a porch, which
will be closer to the lot line than is allowed tinder, the Zoning,

Based upon evidence presented to the Board, the Board made the
following findings in regard to the variance:
i. The property in its present form is unique and has prob-
lems affecting it and no other in the Zoning District in
that an error had been made on the original lot plan which
made it appear that the sidelot dimensions were wider than
they really are and that the applicants relied on thins
plan.
