The two unregistered vehicles (the black Jeep and the black Saturn) are uncovered and parked in the prohibited setback area. There was a green Ford Escort parked on the front lawn; that vehicle is also parked in a prohibited area. Please make arrangements to insure that the unregistered vehicles are removed or parked in an appropriate area and screened from view. Please ensure that all other vehicle parking complies with present zoning regulations. Please contact me to discuss your plans. If you are not in compliance with all sections of the City of Northampton zoning ordinance 350-8.8 by July 7, 2008, 1 will issue a Notice of Violation of City Ordinances. Penalties for violations of city ordinances may, upon conviction, be affixed in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day or portion of a day that any violation is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
