Relocation — PinnacleOne spearheaded more than three months of coordination efforts whereby the successful relocation to the new police facility was scheduled in four-phases, with critical departments transitioning first. Of special consideration in the coordination effort was the management of the police evidence room. This sensitive area required the close monitoring and tracking of each evidence box as it was moved to the newly completed evidence storage facility within the new police station. The emergency operations systems also required careful preparation and move coordination as they were switched over from one facility to the other.Ultimately,all systems were transferred smoothly and successfully to the new location.
