The same vehicle was in driveway and the same vehicle was on flat bed truck as seen on 2/25/96 inspection. No violations. A Patillo 2/29/96 A site inspection was made to 1 pine Valley Rd. at approx 3 : 30PM, the vehicle that was in driveway was no longer there and vehicle that was on truck on inspection of 2/26/96 and 2/25/96 was still on flat bed of truck. I spoke briefly with Mr. Racicot and informed him of complaints being made to Councilor Harrington by Mr. McKenna, he replied that he has not violated the zoning ordinaces and that he feels he is being harassed by Mr. McKenna. I spoke with councilor Harrington and explained the visits that I had made finding no violations, Mr. Harrington said he went by and saw two trailers and the vehicles that I had seen. I explained that the trailers are allowed and unless I see cars being shipped that are stripped there is nothing that I can do. I will add at this point I feel it is harrassing Mr. Racicot to continue with these inspections seeing that the only person to complain in the neighborhood is Mr. McKenna. It should also be noted that the road that serves Pine Valley is a private road that Mr. Racicot installed consequently it would appear that any one enteri g without his permission would be guilty of trespassing.
