I went to 1 Pine Valley Road at 2:00 PM and observed a Volkswagon being worked on in the garage. I asked Mr. Racicot who the vehicle belonged to, he informed me that it was his grandaughter's and produced the registration for the vehicle. The registration verified it was his grandaughter's. No other vehicles were in the garage. I informed Mr. Racicot that a complaint had been made that he was operating a repair business. He told me, he was not. I left the scene, there were no violations.
