This letter will confirm a conversation I had with you on September 8-,
1986 regarding my investigation of alleged illegal dumping on your pro-
perty off Pine Valley Road .
I found no evidence of the disposal of any refuse in the area which
has been filled with gravel ;- stone , and some concrete .
No violations were seen at the time of the inspection .

Board of Health Office .
