We have received a formal complaint that you are running an illegal
masonary and snow plowing business out of your residential zone (SR) .
Please be advised you are in a (SR) Suburban Residential Zone which
is strictly a residential zone. In order to run a business you must obtain
a special permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals for a home occupation.
Please notify me at 586-6950 ext. 240 as to your intentions upon receipt
