Subject: Storage of Building materials & operation of Masonry
Business in Zone SR, map 35 lot 169
Mr. Mckenna,
A complaint was filed in our office stating that you were operating
a masonry business and storing materials and machinery for said
business from 1345 Burts Pit. I made a site inspection at approx.
7 : 45AM on April 26, 1996 and found that you have stored on site
masonry materials and equipment. The zone that you are in SR does
not allow the storage of building material or equipment for
businesses. I also checked the file to see if you have registered
for home office or occupation and found that you have not
registered with the city which is required.
You have thirty days to remove the materials. You may pick up the
application in our office to register for home occupation/office,
our hours are 8: 30am to 4 : 30PM Mon. - Fri. except on Wed. when we
close to public at noon.
