Dear Sir:
This letter will serve to confirm our recent message on the answering
machine at your office in which it was advised that Associates Financial
Services of America, Inc. had taken a deed in lieu of foreclosure on the above
mentioned property.
We understand that a Chevrolet Van and a Dodge Van have been
abandoned on the property. We also understand that you will be impounding
same at the expense of the former mortgagors, John F. Benoit; Sheila M.
Benoit and Richard John Laselle.
