Re: Inspection of wood pile & shed
Dear Mr. Messier,
I inspected the woodpile at 596 Ryan Road as requested and
found that is has been brought down to an acceptable level. The
shed has also been made into a free standing unit.
Sincerely,

Dear Robert & Virginia: u '
'
This letter is to inform you that I received a call on December 3, 1903 from
the Building Inspector, Frank Sieukiewicz in reference to the wood you have stacked
on the right side of the property.
THIS IS ILLEGAL AND IT MUST BE REMOVED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE' According to
Mr. Gienkiewicn it is 12 feet high and to close to the property line of Mrs. race
0iedbal. ^
Frankly, if I had any idea tbat, wnod cut from the trees on our property
would be stacked in such a manner, it would have never been allowed.
Also, permission was not granted to have you cut down the trees in the
front year. I (Gloria) was shocked when I made a trip to the house on Friday
afternoon, December 3 to see the wood that Mr. Sieukiewicz had called re about.
Further checking with Tom, he also stated be did not give you permission
to cut down the front trees. Frankly, I strongly feel it takes away from the
property and it brought tears to my eyes to see that Aeueral coodit-o6 of the
outside property.
On August 24, 1993 a letter was mailed to you to have completed ' `' ' the
back bedroom, bathroom closets put back in their original condition and o have
wall put back in the paTI0 - -
When Tom and I visited the property on September 16, 1993 these projects
were not brought up to date. This need to be completed as oouo as possible as per
all our discussions and agreements.
We need to view and approve the kitchen cabinets both wall and floor you
`
intend to purchase to replace what you took out without permi000u once again.
Under NO CdNDIII0VS is their to be a wood bor'ulo8 stove to be installed
in any room in the Dy an Road residence.
0{r. Sienklewicz also made reference to the junk piled in the back yard.
Be also informed me that the Fire Department was called to the house on 11-21^93`
Upon receipt of this letter please call as we need to get together in the
next week or so to discuss all the above.
