Mr. O'Leary has been no- tified that it cannot be occupied in its present condi- tion. The Northampton Building Department and the Mass . Department of Public Safety have inspected the premises many times and are in agreement of this . All permits have long aggo expired. Any new work must conform to 802 of the fuss. Building Code. The existing structure must be analized by a structural engineer and the plans that are on file must be updated for fire protection, electrical, plumbing etc, before new permits can be issued. This existing building is a basic structure, and would require great expense to bring it to conformity. If you have any further questions, please feel free to call. Sincerely, Cecil I.
