The purpose of this procedure is also to give notice to the Applicant as to what permits, approvals, etc. , it will be necessary to obtain. This form and the signatures from the various Departments in no way indicates approval, but is intended as a means of assistance. Individual approval by each of the appropriate Departments is a separate action above and beyond the scope of the procedure. All determinations made in this procedure shall be based upon the information submitted by the Applicant. The Builder or owner shall have the responsibility of obtaining the information required on this form, and returning the completed form to the Building Inspector prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. Disapproval of a project by a City Department other than the Building Inspector is not necessarily grounds for the with- holding of a Building Permit. However, no project may legally commence until all of the required permits and approvals have been obtained. The Building Inspector may, at his discretion, exempt projects from this process which are limited to: demoli- tion; interior alterations of single or two-family dwellings which do not involve municipal utilities; or exterior alterations which do not increase the floor area of the structure. The Applicant shall fill out the form to the double line only. The respective City Departments will complete the portion of the form as designated.
