Subject: 12 Cahillane Terrace
Officer Blair,
I received your memorandum dated March 28, 1998 regarding Robert Frappier's status as
owner of 12 Cahillane Terrace. I contacted Fleet bank (vice president Janice Hills) at the
Main Street branch in our city. She contacted the Property Preservation division since the
property is in the first steps of foreclosure. The bank: has been paying taxes on property
and is responsible for property. The contact person at the Property Preservation is Larry
Hess at phone #414-359-6823. I have several calls into him to get a estimate as to how
long it will be for them to secure the property (board up all windows and doors) he has
not returned my calls as of today's date. I did contact Board of Health and they sent a
notice of violation (copy attached).
I will keep you informed of our progress, it is our intent to have the property boarded up
and have any organic material that would present a rodent problem removed from the
property.
