DEPT OF BUILDING INSPECTIONS
Dear Frank, NORTHAMPTON MA 01060
This letter is a follow up to the conversations we had on
Tuesday, July 26 and on Thursday, July 2d,199L.
This letter was in regard to the construction going on at
965 Ryan Road. This is adjacent to 963 Ryan Road, which I own.
My concern, is not so much that the building wall is only
about 16 inches from the property line and the roof is only about
5 inches from the line.
What my main concern is that cne roof has such a steep Ditch
and the way it faces. This will have all of the snow and ice falling
onto my property, making that .)art of my property unusable to me
or my tenants for the :•mole t;T1n er season. H-2-vin,,33 a small parking
area and for convenience my tenants have been parking on the grass
stria next to the drive for several years as the worn marks on the
grass ;rill show.
It does not seem right that they should be able to dump their
rain, ice and snow on my nropert,,T.
I thought that building codes and laws were to protect neoDle
from things like this.
You :mentioned that they must Drove the line and ,yet they are
still continuing as though nothing has changed.
I do not wish to cause. E. Fronowitz any problems , but I in
,urn do not want any either.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and hone to hear
from you soon.
Sincerely,
