Pursuant to Mr. & Mrs. Frederick R. Mailloux' request to
operate video gamest classifr6d by Ordinances as an
Arcade, in an area forvierly a snack 'bar adjacent to the
present store located at 15 WesthFarms Road; per City of
Northampton this is not an allowable uset as the property
is zoned Neighborhood Business.
City of Northampton Zoning Ordinances adopted July 22# 19750
amended April 28, 1978 and December 61, 1974, Article Vp Page
5.10, Paragraph 180 indicates that a Variance would be re-
quired to allow the use.
