Dear Peter:
This correspondence will serve to recap our verbal agreement regarding
your role in completing construction at the above referenced site.
You have agreed to supervise the activity of the sub-contractors presently 2 �I
working on the site to see that all units are completed and certificates r 71
of occupancy issued.
We have made all the sub-contractors aware of your role at the project and
that you will be directly responsible to see that their work is completed
in a workmanlike manner and within a reasonable time frame.
Consideration to be paid to you will be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) at
the end of the job and you anticipate completion of all work within four
or five weeks.
