Dear Mr. Stefan:
On July 18, 1983, I GeorgE I%% Staples Jr. , Plu:-:-.bing Inspector for the
City of Northa-.pton was asked to check the Finish Plu -:bing at the above address
for a Certificate of Occupancy.
I went to the above address and found numerous Plumbing Code Violations.
I later talked with the plumber ('Mitchell Matusiewicz) who did the rouge plus-bing.
He said he did rot do the finish.
Therefore in my opinion the Yassachusetts Plu-bing Code was violated and under
the authority of Section 13, Chapter 1t12 2.04 3 C of the General Lays I here by
cancell the Plu7bing Pcr-!it 1`1671 granted on October 25, 1982.
