Dear Mr. Tewbill:
A two family Plumbing Permit was issued and the work was
done. The work was approved by the Plumbing Inspector.
A Permit was put in for Two meters. The ,Electric In-
ettor told my son (Anthony Stefan) to start work and call
him when completed. The Electric Company informed us the
house needed two meters 300 Amps service. My son also agreed
the house needed 300 Ampt service.
Without the second meter the house will not have elec-
tricity on the second floor for hot water and heat. This
will leave no protection for pipes. The freezing of pipes
can cause extreme damage to second as well as first floor.
With no electricity for lights, there would be no protection
for family or vistors from falling and getting hurt.
I hold you and your office responsible until you comply
and install the second meter.
