Dear Mr. Stefan:
This is to confirm the meeting held in this office September 12, 1983,
with regard to your new dwelling under construction per building permit
4305, dated July 6, 1982.
As permit was issued for single family dwelling per your sketch and you
are requesting two (2) 150 amp meters which normally would indicate a
two family unit. Per our request for a letter from your lawyer stating
the dwelling's use will be a one (1) family unit, we will advise the
electric company to activate the second meter.
