Dear Mr . Tewhill :
This will confirm that less than 500 cubic yards of
fill was moved onto any one of the three lots on Sylvester
Road during construction of the common driveway.
We additionally confirm that the delapidated barn was
essentially removed from the property by Warner Bos . Inc .
Straw and manure which were in the barn were levelled on
the site .
Warner Bros . Inc . will be writing you as well to confirm
the above .
