With regard to our conversation last week, please
consider this confirmation that when the ground thaws fully,
I will arrange to meet you at the property with our back
hoe and look for any pieces of the barn which may have been
buried by the construction people . As you know, any pieces
found will be removed.
My understanding is that this plan meets your approval ,
and that you will not take any further action, formal or
informal , until we have had a chance to meet on site as dis-
cussed.
