Re: Illegal Filling on Sylvester Road
Dear Mr. Howard & Mr. Christenson:
Pertaining to your property on Sylvester Road (Map#35 Lot#1 ) illegal filling
has taken place. This is against the City of Northampton Zoning Ordinances under
Section 11 .3.
This must cease and desist immediately and permits must be obtained for the
filling that has already taken place, or court action will be taken against you.
