Dear Scott ,
As counsel for the Sellers please receive our notice pursuant
to Paragraph 4 of the Purchase and Sale Agreement that we have
been unable to obtain, as of June 7 a firm commitment for an
$80, 000 loan from an institutional lender.
Unless Sellers are willing to grant a two week extension to the
August 7 date, Buyers will request repayment of the deposit .
