Dear Mr. Ferrari:
The Fire Department has forwarded your delinquent account to
this office for collection or court action. You have failed to
respond to repeated invoices from the Department.
Before I proceed further, I am giving you the opportunity to
clear this account. If any portion is disputed, please contact me
to discuss your concerns. In addition to court action, Ordinance
14-21 allows any City Department to withhold permits and licenses
if any charges with any other department are more than a year
overdue. This would include holding permits in the Building
Commissioner's office. In any event, please contact me
immediately to discuss payment of the overdue amount of $25. 00.
