At a meeting conducted on April 26, 2001, the Zoning Board of Appeals authorized Zoning
Administrator, granted the request of Doug Andrews and Michelle Bumbaugh for a
FINDING under Section 9.3(2)(B) in the Northampton Zoning Ordinance to construct a partial
