Dear Richard and Diana,
I have again received complaints about your property at 375 Brookside Circle. I visited the
property on October 12, 2011 and observed a number of zoning, building code and possible health
code violations.
These violations include unregistered vehicles and vehicles parked in violation of the city's
zoning ordinance chapter 350, § 6.8, and failure to maintain your home in violation of the state building
code 780 CMR chapter R1, § R102.7.2 and R113.1.
The unregistered vehicles include a Ford dump truck, a Dodge pickup truck and a Chrysler
Corporation van. Some of these vehicles have been parked at your property for 5 years.
The condition of the roof and the rear walls seems to indicate that the building is no longer
weatherproof. I request that you allow me to inspect the building to determine whether there are
structural problems and to determine if it is weather tight.
Please call our office to arrange a time for an inspection of your dwelling and to discuss the
unregistered vehicles on your property. If I do not hear from you before Wednesday, October 26 2011, 1
will take further action.
