In compliance E. There would be no adverse impacts to the city's resources. Trash collection would be provided for by an outside container service. The container to be located at a rear portion of the driveway, which is part of the 71 Pleasant street property. F. Curb cuts to the property have been in use for many years. No modifications necessary. w1 SUBMITTED BY: GIOVANNI DAN_ELE SPECIAL PERMIT REQUESTED ' A. The location of 71 pleasant st was the home of Pizza Express for approimately 15 years. Pizza Express was in the Pizza delivery/take out business. Prior to that, the building housed a pizza take out restaurant. The property is zoned CB. A special t permit is required. B. The proposed restaurant, "NINI'S II", would operate a first rate pizza operation which would service the Northampton area residents. C. I have looked at many spots in Northampton. None of which would be suitable to the operation. The suitability of 71 Pleasant st, which has above adequate parking for vehicles in its own private driveway, would not impair on the on-street parking situation. The location of this building is not in the heart of the very heavily congested traffic aregof King street or the busy Plain street area, where parking is a premium. Nini's Italian Restaurant in Easthampton has been delivering pizza safely. We instruct our drivers to obey all traffic regulations, and they are not on any time limit delivery. We do not guarantee that our pizza will be at the front door of your home within 3?. hour. To do so would result in not only an inferior product, but would create problems. By not rushing the process, allows us to deliver our product safely, and in perfect condition. D. Does not apply E. Does not apply F. Our pizza operation would compliment the many various restaurants located in the city of Northampton. We would like to join the many fine establishments which range in taste from American to ethnic cuisines. SITE PLAN REVIEW A. This building is located in a central business area. No modifications are planned to the external structure. I am interested in cosmetic interior improvements. 1.r':7 Pleasant at is located at street level, so as to be accessable ° 3y the handicapped and elderly. Driveway openings are located to e left of the property. The curb cut, which has been used by the p-r;for business, leads to the property:. Erivate driveway of the property would be used for our vehicles. z C. Parking of our automobiles and loading would be done from a side door which would open into the kitchen area. The door is already located and in use on the property. b l 7 Date Filed: File #: (ZBA/PB) SPECIAL PERMIT AND SITE PLAN APPLICATION 1. ISSUING AUTHORITY(IES) V ZBA Planning Board Council 2 .
